Bless their hearts, I would love to have one day in their kitchen to give them the "secrets" needed for a true cajun meal. We ordered several items on the menu to go simply to sample their concept as to true cajun cuisine. The best I can say is the spicey mayo covered the taste of what the food lacked, for the true flavor of the south.
I honestly do not see how they will be successful. Cajun cuisine takes time to layer the flavors. without time, love, and passion for true cajun food this place has no hope for success. In my opinion you can use cajun " box" food and not only be better but save the 40$ we wasted. Glad we did not eat in other wise I would have ask for my money backMay 16, 2017
